Barbora Krejcikova and Katerina Siniakova Win GNP Seguros WTA Finals
Krejcikova and Siniakova defeated Laura Siegemund and Vera Zvonareva in the Round of 64 at Wimbledon 2024.
The match lasted one hour and 45 minutes, with Krejcikova and Siniakova winning in straight sets, 6-3, 6-4.
Krejcikova and Siniakova were the top seeds in the tournament and have now won three Grand Slam titles together. They are the first team to win the GNP Seguros WTA Finals since 2019.
Siegemund and Zvonareva were the unseeded team in the tournament and were making their first appearance in the GNP Seguros WTA Finals. They reached the Round of 16 at Wimbledon 2023.
